Shipping policy
We are a print on demand company and all products are made to order.
Processing
Apparel takes approximately 2-5 business days to create.
Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be sent to the email provided.
Shipping
Customers can expect to receive their item(s) in approximately 5 business days or less from the shipping date, but we're not responsible for any delays in the shipping process once received by carrier. Currently, expedited shipping is not offered.
Order Cancellation
We will not cancel ANY order after receiving payment due to automatic production of merchandise.
Additional
If for any reason there is a defect in our product, customer has 10 (calendar) days from date of package RECEIPT to notify us of the defect. Please notify us via email, and include your order number inside of the details.
Additionally, we are NOT responsible for postal issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or customer providing incorrect shipping address. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the postal service.
